GoScratch is a Pocketcaddie product for golf creators and golf brands. This page explains what the GoScratch beta collects, who can see it and how to contact us.

Your account and profile

We use Pocketcaddie’s existing Supabase account service for your email, password credentials and social sign-in. Google or Apple provides the information needed to sign you in. We do not ask for access to your Instagram or TikTok accounts; you add those handles yourself. Follower counts are self-reported.

Your GoScratch profile stores your chosen name, profile address, role, bio, general location, social handles, follower count, optional handicap, golf interests, website, photo and visibility choice. Public profiles are visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines. You can turn discovery visibility off in settings. Photos are hosted as public image files with individual addresses; avoid uploading private or sensitive images.

Applications and collaborations

When you apply to a program, the brand can see your creator profile and introduction, even if your profile is hidden from public discovery. Your application, saved offer, conversation, content links, feedback and referral link are available to you and the participating brand. Other members cannot browse your private partnership workspace. We use this information to operate the collaboration features and assist with support requests.

Referral visits

When a visitor follows a GoScratch referral link, we record the link, time, referring source and a one-way keyed hash derived from the visitor’s IP address, browser identifier and date. We use it to avoid counting repeated visits to the same link on the same day. We do not store the raw IP address in the referral table. The hash changes each day. Brands and creators see visit totals; this tracking does not determine purchase attribution or commissions.

Hosting and security providers may keep their own operational logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the service, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

Cookies and service providers

Essential account cookies keep you signed in and protect your session. This beta does not include advertising pixels or a social-account data import. Vercel hosts the application, Supabase handles authentication, database and profile images, and Google or Apple handles the social sign-in you choose. These providers process information needed to deliver those functions. Linked Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and brand websites apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Retention, choices and requests

We keep profiles and collaboration records while needed to provide the service, support the partnerships and resolve operational issues. You can edit your profile and public visibility in settings. For a copy of your information, deletion, a correction or a privacy request, email nathan@pocketcaddie.io. We may verify that you control the account before responding. Removing your GoScratch profile does not automatically delete your separate Pocketcaddie account or its partner records.

Age and updates

The GoScratch beta is for adults 18 and older. Do not put someone else’s private information in your profile or messages. We will update the effective date on this page when the service’s data practices change.
