GoScratch by Pocketcaddie connects golf creators and golf brands. These terms describe how to use the founding beta. By creating a GoScratch profile and using the service, you agree to these rules and the Privacy Policy.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate account and profile information, and have permission to represent any brand you list. Keep your login secure. Use real social handles you control, describe follower counts honestly and avoid claiming verification the platform has not provided.

What GoScratch provides

The beta provides profiles, discovery, program listings, applications, collaboration messages, public content submissions and web referral links. Joining is free during the founding beta. We will describe any future paid plans before asking you to subscribe. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

Your collaborations

Brands are responsible for their program descriptions, eligibility rules, actual offers and content reviews. Creators are responsible for the work and information they submit. Instant acceptance creates a collaboration workspace for an eligible creator; it does not establish an employment relationship, promise earnings or replace a written agreement between the creator and brand.

Before starting paid work or shipping products, agree directly on deliverables, timing, compensation, cancellation, payment and any content usage rights. GoScratch does not hold funds, process creator payments, guarantee a brand’s performance or resolve the commercial terms of a partnership. You retain ownership of your content; submitting a post link does not automatically grant a brand advertising or reposting rights.

Content and conduct

Only upload photos and submit work you have the right to share. Give GoScratch permission to display your chosen public profile and to show your collaboration information to the people in that partnership. Do not impersonate others, harass members, spam the directory, upload unlawful material, misuse someone else’s intellectual property, scrape private information or interfere with the service.

Creators and brands must follow applicable advertising and platform rules and clearly disclose paid, affiliate or gifted relationships. The FTC’s guidance for endorsements and influencers explains disclosure expectations in the United States.

Referral links and existing programs

GoScratch links measure web visits after filtering common automated traffic. Counts are estimates and may differ from another analytics provider. They are not proof of a sale and do not calculate commissions. Closing a program pauses its GoScratch links.

Pocketcaddie ambassador agreements, app referral attribution, Premium benefits and payouts continue under the separate Pocketcaddie partner program. Approval inside GoScratch does not replace final enrollment or the signed Pocketcaddie agreement. Other brands may use their own affiliate or commerce systems.

Support and changes

We may hide a listing or suspend access when it violates these rules or harms the community. To report a problem, request account removal or ask about a program, contact nathan@pocketcaddie.io. The beta is still developing, so keep your own copies of important agreements and work. We will update the date on this page when these terms change.
