You can request deletion of your GoScratch account and its associated personal data here, without calling or emailing support. Your public profile is unlisted as soon as your request is saved.

Deletion normally completes within 30 days. Records needed for outstanding payments, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention or contractual obligations may be retained for those purposes. GoScratch shares its sign-in service with Pocketcaddie; your separate Pocketcaddie product account and independent Stripe account stay available.
